When choosing fruits and berries for a cake, give preference to fruits that are not very juicy. For example, it can be apples, pears and black currants. Make sure to wait for the cake to cool after baking.

How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the nectarines, cut into thin slices. If using frozen raspberries, use unthawed right away.

2. Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl. Beat until frothy.

3. Add warm kefir, baking powder. Keep whisking.

4. Melt the butter, pour it into a bowl. Continue mixing on low speed.

5. Add flour and mix well

6. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

7. Set the oven temperature to 180 degrees. Take a form, cover it with baking paper (if necessary, grease it with a thin layer of butter). Pour the batter into it. Arrange the nectarine slices.

8. Add raspberries. If the berries have juice, strain the juice and place the berries on top of the dough. Place the cake in a hot oven for 45 minutes.

9. After the time has passed, take out the cake, sprinkle the top with 1 tablespoon of sugar and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes.

10. Remove the cake from the mold and let it cool.
