Curds casserole are loved by everyone: both adults and children! No wonder, because this homemade cake has such a delicious aroma that it is simply impossible not to taste at least a piece! My mother gave me an idea again during my stay on how to make a curd casserole with milk.

How to make

1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with 75 grams of sugar until foamy.

2. In the same way, beat the yolks with the remaining sugar.

3. Mix cottage cheese with milk, vanilla sugar and starch.

4. You can add any filling to the curd mass. For example: dried fruits, seeds or berries.

5. Now add the whipped proteins and yolks. Stir.

6. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and put the curd mixture in it.

7. Bake the casserole in the oven for 1 hour. The temperature should be about 180 degrees.
