1. Rinse the fish fillet, dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces.

2. Place the fish pieces in a blender and grind them to a homogeneous mass at high speed.

3. We put the bread in a deep plate and pour 1 glass of water. Soak for 10-12 minutes.

4. We clean the onion and chop it. Finely chop the greens. Add half of the chopped onion and greens to the minced fish.

5. Mix fish mince, onion and herbs. Squeeze the bread and add to the mince. Add salt and pepper to taste. We beat the egg. Minced meat is ready.

6. We form plum-sized cutlets. Cover them with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

7. We are currently preparing the sauce. Fry the second part of the chopped onion until golden brown. Then pour 1/2 cup of water into the pan, add tomato paste, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. I put a bay leaf in it. Mix everything thoroughly and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.

8. We take the cutlets out of the refrigerator and put them in the sauce. Simmer over low heat after covering for 5 minutes. Turn them over and simmer for another 10 minutes. Turn off the stove and let it cripple for another 10 minutes.
