It would seem what kind of filling can be made [for search=sandwiches]: sausage and cheese. Put mayonnaise, herbs, maybe that's it. However, this is not true when it comes to American sandwiches. I recently learned how to make sandwiches with bacon and eggs and was surprised by the fantastic idea. This snack can be easily added to the restaurant's menu. Sriracha sauce adds a little warmth here. In general, the composition has a real gamut of flavors, colors and different textures. Very tasty!

How to make

1. Cut the potatoes into slices. Then bake them in the oven at 230 degrees for 20 minutes, adding butter, salt and pepper.

2. While the potatoes are frying, separately chop the green and white parts of the onion. Tear spinach. Mix the sauce with mayonnaise.

3. 10 minutes before the potatoes are ready, add bacon to them.

4. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan. Put onions and spinach in it. Bake for 2 minutes. Then add butter and beaten eggs. After 3 minutes, the scrambled eggs will be ready.

5. Fry the bread in a toaster or pan until browned. Then coat the two pieces with sauce, put after that an egg, a piece of cheese and bacon.
