Easter cake with candied fruits is no different from the usual Easter cake. I put in the dough what I have at home and what the household loves. This is how I prepare an Easter cake with candied fruits. Naturally, candied fruits can be replaced with any dried fruits. This is just a ready-made mixture, and you yourself do not need to come up with anything. Easter cakes are quite difficult to prepare, so the first time it may not turn out as planned. But with time comes experience. Each hostess has her own recipe for cooking. I shared my own with you!

How to make

1. First we dilute the yeast in warm milk with sugar. Leave for 15 minutes. Then we mix everything with soft butter, eggs and spices. Mix, add flour. Stir the dough.
-
2. Put the kneaded dough in a warm place and cover with a towel. It should rise after a couple of hours. Then add candied fruits. You can also add dried fruits, such as raisins, prunes, dried apricots, etc. Mix everything evenly.

3. Now we are preparing molds for Easter cakes. You can do a few small or a couple of large ones. I like it when the cakes are big. Then the dough inside is softer. Smear the molds with oil and sprinkle with fine breadcrumbs or semolina so as not to burn. Leave for half an hour until the dough rises.
-
4. When the dough rises, place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, anointing the Easter pastries with oil. If the cakes are in large molds, the cooking time will increase. Need to bake on a not too strong heat for about an hour. We take it out and cool it.
