1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Grind the cookies into crumbs with a blender. Pour in the melted butter, add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and mix again. The mixture should resemble wet sand.

3. Line the bottom of the mold with baking paper. Pour in the cookie mixture and pack well. Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

4. Cream cheese should be at room temperature. Beat the cheese with 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar until fluffy and homogeneous.

5. Melt the dark chocolate. It is convenient to do this with the microwave. Heat the chocolate in short rows of 10 seconds, stir over and over again when heated. As a rule, 20-25 seconds is enough for a standard tile. Pour the chocolate into the cream cheese and beat everything.

6. Separately, beat the cream until a stiff foam, pour in the remaining powdered sugar and chocolate syrup, as well as 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. With gentle movements, add a third of the cream to the cream cheese.

7. Remove the base from the refrigerator and spread the cream cheese in an even layer. Put in the freezer for half an hour.

8. Remove the cheesecake and put a layer of whipped chocolate cream on top. Put in the freezer for another half hour.

9. Serve cheesecake immediately, well chilled. Before serving, sprinkle the cheesecake with the remaining cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate and fresh berries.
