In order for duck to be tasty and soft, it must first be marinated. I suggest making duck legs with kiwi. Kiwi contains an enzyme that makes the meat soft without additional acid. In this way, you can bake other parts of the duck or cook the whole bird. You can take even unripe kiwis it won't hurt marinade. If you wish, you can add your favorite spices.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking duck with kiwi. Wash and dry the paws of the ducks.
