1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs in advance.

2. Prepare the dough. To do this, in a deep bowl, mix the flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder, sour cream and diced margarine.

3. Knead with your hands until soft, non-stick dough. Make a ball out of the dough, wrap it in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

4. Melt 50 grams of butter and add finely chopped onion letters.

5. Cook, stirring over low heat, for about 5 minutes. Add the boiled eggs chopped into cubes.

6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and remove from heat.

7. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part on the table and carefully transfer to a greased baking sheet. Form higher edges with your hands.
