Prepare the curds in a hot air fryer healthy and tasty. These curds are a great way to diversify your child's diet. Serve them with chocolate or cherry syrup and you will not notice how everything will be eaten! In cooking, you can use cottage cheese of any fat content. If desired, you can add raisins, dried apricots or dried cranberries to the ingredients. You can replace sugar with your favorite sweetener.

How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, crush with a fork, beat an egg.

3. Add semolina, sugar, baking powder.

4. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon until smooth. Leave the bowl with the curd mixture alone for 30 minutes so that the semolina has time to swell.

5. Then, with moistened hands, separate a small part (weighing about 30 grams) from the whole mass and form curds. Roll each pancake in flour.

6. For convenience, line the grate of the hot fryer bowl with baking paper, then put all the curds on top. Put the bowl in the fryer. Bake the curds at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Around the 15th minute, I took out the bowl from the air fryer and turned all the curds to the other side, then sent them back to finish baking.
