Delicate and tasty curds that will remind you of the taste of childhood. For curds, use only fresh and crisp cottage cheese. If you want the curds to be homogeneous, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. If you like sweet cottage cheese, increase the sugar content with one tablespoon. Curds can be served with butter, sour cream, jam or condensed milk.

How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar and salt, crush with a fork. Beat the egg and stir until smooth.

3. Add flour to the curd mass and knead the soft dough. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.

4. On a table sprinkled with flour, roll the dough into sausages.

5. Cut the sausages into pieces 1/2 cm thick, form balls and squeeze through the middle.

6. Pour water into a saucepan, salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. In boiling water, add the curds and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove the boiled curds from the water and serve immediately.
