How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Pour cucumbers with cold water and leave for 5-6 hours.

2. Wash the jars well with soda and overflow with boiling water. Put clean currant leaves, horseradish and dill sprigs in jars.

3. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, cut off the tips and put them tightly in prepared jars. Put the leaves on top.

4. Pour the jars with cucumbers with hot water, cover and leave for 15 minutes.

5. Put sugar, salt, and dry adjika in a saucepan. Pour water and bring to a boil. Boil the brine for 5 minutes, then pour in the vinegar.

6. Drain the water from the jars and pour it with brine, close the boiled ones with lids and, turning over, wrap until cool.
