6. Start kneading the dough with a fork. As soon as the dough starts to form lumps, knead with your hands.

7. The prepared dough should be smooth, soft, flexible and slightly sticky to the hands. Round the dough, put it in a bowl, cover it with a towel. Leave at room temperature for 15 minutes.

8. After the time has passed, place the dough on the work surface. Dust lightly with flour.

9. Roll out the dough into a 0.3 cm thick layer. Wipe the juice from the filling and put it on the layer. Sprinkle dried cranberries on top.

10. Prepare a layer of dough with a filling, start rolling it into a layer from the long side. Tie as tight as possible.

11. Transfer the resulting roll to a baking tray. Brush it with beaten egg and scratch it with a fork to create a wavy pattern. This is optional. Put the roll in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 45-50 minutes.
