Sometimes it happens that there are berries, but little by little. You don't want to eat anymore and it's a pity if they fall off, then cook jam from them. It is best if the berry for this jam was the same. Together with red currants, you can take black or white. Hot may seem liquid, but when cooled, it will acquire the desired consistency. Jam is well preserved in a dark place at room temperature.
