Raspberry and basil jam a real delicacy for gourmets. The combination, which at first glance may seem strange, is excellent and very successful! If you love basil, you will love it! In winter, this tasty and fragrant jam can be used for various desserts. This jam can be sprinkled with pancakes, cheesecakes, added to various cheeses or coated with toast. You can add 1-2 sprigs of mint to the jam, it will get even more fragrant. If you have a sweet tooth, slightly increase the sugar content.

How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients. Sort out the raspberries, discard the spoiled ones. Basil can be used both green and purple.

3. My raspberries were quite soft, after an hour there was a lot of juice. Stir gently with a spoon.
