Today I want to offer you a simple option for cottage cheese casserole, but with the addition of cinnamon and apple. Apkep acquires a unique aroma and flavor that everyone in the house will flock to. For casserole, it is best to use fatty cottage cheese, but even grainy cottage cheese can simply be rubbed with a blender or rubbed through a sieve. Such an amount of cinnamon gives a fairly strong aroma, but if you are afraid, just reduce the amount to your taste. The apple can be cut into pieces and put directly in the curd mass, can be replaced with other fruits.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Soak the raisins without seeds in hot water for 5 minutes. Dry, rinse and dry.

3. Put cottage cheese, yolks, semolina, cinnamon, sugar in a bowl and pour in the cream. Mix everything thoroughly. Set the proteins aside.
