Tired of the usual pancakes or just want to diversify them in some way? Then this recipe is for you! Add cocoa to the dough, a little more sugar, wrap the curd filling and you will get the perfect pancakes! Pancake dough should look like liquid sour cream. For the filling, take oily, soft and better not watery cottage cheese. If curd is very wet, add less cream.
