How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Break the eggs into the bowl, add the sweetener to taste and mix.

3. Add psyllium, stir and leave for 10 minutes to swell.

4. After the time has elapsed, add almond flour and pour almond milk. Stir. You can adjust the dough to your taste, thicker or more liquid. For this reason, milk may be needed more or less.

6. With a spoon or a small scoop, pour the dough into a hot pan. Bake over low heat under the lid for 1-1.5 minutes

7. Turn the pancake over and bake for another 30 seconds. Keep in mind that almond pancakes cook very quickly, so do not get away from the pan.
