I have a friend who, when she comes to her, always tries to surprise her with interesting food. She constantly bakes something, bakes, stews. There is always something new and tasty. This time I learned how to make chocolate curd cake from her. I liked it from the first bite. I immediately asked to write me a recipe, which I repeated at home the next day. This delicate cottage cheesecake is combined with dark chocolate and sour berries. This combination captivates immediately!
