5. Pour in the kefir and mix everything so that the dough is homogeneous and without lumps.

6. Divide the dough in half, pour each part into a greased and floured or lined with baking paper. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

7. To prepare the icing, pour hot water over the cocoa and stir.

8. Beat the butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
