How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Break 150 grams of chocolate and melt with butter in the microwave or water bath.

3. Add sugar and cocoa powder to melted chocolate with butter, mix until smooth.

4. Add a pinch of salt and dry mint, mix.

5. Beat the eggs and stir until smooth with a hand beater.

6. Finally add the flour and stir until smooth. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

7. Put the dough in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Brownies bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

8. Before covering the mint layer, cool the cake to room temperature.

9. Rinse and dry fresh mint.

10. Cut the mint as finely as possible.

11. Soak 60 ml. of water in 10 grams of gelatin.

12. Beat the cold cream until fluffy, add icing sugar.

13. Add sour cream, beat cream with sour cream.

14. Add chopped mint to the whipped creamy mass, mix.

15. Add 2-3 drops of food coloring until you get the desired "mint" color.

16. Heat the gelatin in the microwave and add the last one to the cream.

17. Apply a creamy mint infusion to the cake and leave in a cool place for 30-40 minutes.

18. To prepare chocolate icing, break the remaining 100 grams of chocolate.

19. Melt the crushed chocolate in the microwave, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

20. Stir the melted chocolate until smooth, the temperature of the chocolate icing should be 32-35 degrees before applying to the brownie.

21. Brush the cake with chocolate icing and set aside in a cool place until the icing is completely solidified.

22. Cut the cakes into serving pieces.
