I highly recommend this recipe to anyone who loves fried chicken. As a result of pickling in sour cream, it turns out to be tender, and mushrooms gives it a wonderful aroma. Pay attention to the recipe! Such a chicken with mushrooms can be served not only for lunch or dinner for the family, but also on the festive table. Mushroom broth is recommended to be cooked for soup or sauce. Cheese must be of good quality so that it dissolves well. For such a chicken, almost any side dish is suitable.

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Soak dried mushrooms in cold water for 5 hours.

2. Chicken, cut into portions and put in a bowl. Salt the chicken, pepper it, add adjika, finely chopped garlic and dry basil.

5. Rinse the soaked mushrooms, pour clean water and, after boiling, cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Drain the broth, and cut the mushrooms into strips, put in chicken.

6. Mix chicken and mushrooms, put in a baking dish. Cover the container with baking foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

7. Grate the cheese and sprinkle the top.
