Turkey rolls, without a doubt, is one of my signature dishes and my true culinary pride. If you cook exactly according to this recipe, it will be incredibly tasty. Turkey rolls are my favorite dish for several reasons. The first and, of course, the main thing is a divinely delicious dish, which I am ready to eat daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The second reason is that they are prepared extremely quickly, so they are suitable for many occasions for unexpected guests, time pressure, etc. The third reason is the low amount of ingredients needed. So if you have turkey and cheese, you can always do without other ingredients.

How to make

1. We cut the turkey breast lengthwise into thin layers, then knock it out so that the layers are very thin and flexible. Wrap a small piece of cheese in each roll.

2. You should get beautiful rolls. If they fall apart, fix them with a toothpick or a special food cord. Then dip each roll in a beaten egg.
