I suggest making a very tasty and hearty second course, when meat and side dish are made together. And replacing the usual cabbage with calicoes makes it softer. For this dish, any part of chicken is suitable, even breast. The amount of vegetables can be adjusted to your liking and add any spices. When serving, chicken stewed with calicoes can be sprinkled with chopped herbs.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and dry.

2. Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat over high heat and fry the chicken pieces on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate.

3. Finely chop the onion and put in a pan. Reduce the heat to medium and, stirring, saut for 3 minutes.

5. Put fried chicken in the pan. Mix everything, close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.

7. Cut off the top layer of calarops and cut into strips, put in a pan. Close the pan with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.
