Shulyum - satiateda soup, that was cooked when the marches stopped. But it can easily be done at home. I offer an easier option. Shulyum is made mainly from lamb or other meat, but withchicken it is not so hard on the body. Be sure to take chicken with bones, preferably homemade, because the broth from the fillet will turn out to be watery and not so fragrant.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the soup.

2. Wash the chicken and cut it into large pieces, put it in a pot with a thick bottom.

3. Pour water into a saucepan and place on medium heat. After boiling, boil for 30 minutes, removing the foam.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add finely chopped onions and grated carrots. Stir fry everything for 7 minutes.

5. Add the stewed vegetables to the pot with the chicken.

6. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large slices, put them in a pot.

7. Peel and chop the garlic, finely chop the chili and add everything to the pot. Salt the soup, add pepper and cook for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Remove from heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
