A chicken roll with mushrooms, cheese and all this wrapped in golden brown bacon is a great choice for a festive table or family lunch. The dish is tender, juicy and very aromatic! Not only brisket is suitable for the roll, but also any lean fillet. You can use forest mushrooms, frozen mushrooms and even champignons. You can use hard cheese, pickled cheese or mozzarella. How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Sort the mushrooms, rinse and let the water drain.

2. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and put in a pan with vegetable oil. Salt and fry everything over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat and cool.

3. Cut the chicken breast with a knife and knock it into a layer. Salt, pepper and grease with crushed garlic.

4. Grate the cheese and put half on the fillet.

5. Spread the baked mushrooms and onions in an even layer on top of the cheese.

6. Put the remaining cheese on top of the mushrooms.

7. Roll the fillet with the filling into a dense roll.

8. On top of the film, put the bacon in one layer by overlaying and wrap the wrapper.

9. Wrap the roll in foil and put it in a baking dish. Place in a hot oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

10. Open the foil, pour the resulting juice and bake without foil for another 10-15 minutes until the desired crust. Remove the roll, let cool slightly and serve.
