If you want to prepare an appetizing and incredibly tasty dish for the festive table, I suggest frying the hen in salt. The cooking process is very simple and fast, but who can do it. Due to the fact that we will cook chicken in salt, we will get crispy and pink chicken. It is the salt that draws all the moisture out of the skin, the juice is tightly closed inside the bird, and even the brisket will be incredibly juicy and tender. We do not add salt to the chicken itself during cooking, we put a sprig of thyme for taste, and we put an orange inside the chicken. The finished chicken is moderately salty, tender and fragrant. You can Chicken with any vegetables or homemade pickles, herbs and sauces.

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Wash and dry the hen.

2. In order for the hen to cook evenly and come out crispy and juicy, choose an oven container with high edges, slightly larger than the hen itself. Salt should completely cover the shape, the thickness should be 8-10 mm. Put a couple of thyme sprigs on top of the salt.

3. Put the hen on top of the salt. Cut the orange into four parts and put it inside the chicken. We do not rub spices into the skin of the hen, because during cooking they will simply burn out.

4. Tie the chicken legs with a thread. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, select the "Top-bottom" mode. Do not turn on the grill or convection, the chicken will burn in the following modes.
