Very fluffy, incredibly tasty, with a rich amount of apple slices. Be sure to treat your guests to this cake - the rating will definitely be high! The fluffiness of the charlotte largely depends on how well you will beat the eggs with a mixer, so do not neglect this step and devote at least two minutes to whipping. I used juicy, sweet and sour apples for the cake, so I add the optimal amount of sugar, orient myself to apple varieties and add less or more sugar.

How to make
-
1. Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the apples thoroughly.
-
2. In a large bowl, mix the eggs and sugar.
-
-
3. Beat these ingredients with a mixer until fluffy. Beat for about 2-3 minutes until the mass really becomes fluffy.
-
4. Add kefir, sour cream, vegetable oil. Mix these ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
-
5. Sift all the flour and add soda.
-
-
6. Mix all these ingredients with a whisk until you get a homogeneous dough, the consistency of which resembles sour cream.
-
7. Peel the apples, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into small cubes.
-
-
8. It is very convenient to use a silicone mold for baking, there is no need to grease it with anything or line it with baking paper. Put half the dough in the form and spread 2/3 of the apple cubes on top. Then spread the remaining dough on top and put the remaining apples on top. Bake charlotte at 180 degrees in an already preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
-
9. The prepared charlotte is best cooled, and only then begin to cut into appetizing pieces.
