If there is no time, prepare a fruit salad with apples, pears and kiwi. It contains only fruit and honey as an infusion so it is perfect for weight loss. The salad is light and very tasty. The number and size of fruits depends on your preferences. I advise you to put the apples last, as they darken very quickly. Honey can be added any liquid, so it will be easier to mix. You can simply decorate with mint or finely chop and sprinkle on top, this will give aroma and freshness.
