Even at first glance ordinary baked goods made of apples and puff pastry can surprise and delight with their appearance. After all, such flowers are very similar to flowers, but they are prepared simply. Sweet and sour apple varieties are best for this baking. If you don't like the taste of cinnamon, just use brown sugar or mix regular sugar with vanilla.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients, thaw the dough on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

2. Wash the apples, clean them and cut them into rings 0.5 cm thick. Take out the middle, the hole should be at least 2 centimeters.

3. Lightly sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough in one direction into a long rectangle, cut into strips.

4. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Dip the apple rings into it from both sides.

5. Wrap each apple ring with a strip of puff pastry.

6. Place the rings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.

7. Place the baking tray in a hot oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, cool and serve the apple rings on the table.
