6. Bring the jam to a boil over medium heat. After that, reduce the heat and cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove foam. Remove the pot from the stove and let the jam stand for 2-3 hours.

7. After the specified time, return the pot on the stove again and boil the jam for another 20 minutes. Dissolve pectin in several tablespoons of cold water and pour into jam, stir.
