If you like to pamper yourself, family and friends with homemade cakes, then for tea I recommend a simple, but very tasty dessert - a cake with caramel sauce and cream cheese. Delicate and fluffy sponge cake blends wonderfully with caramel. But to compensate for the too sweet taste, I recommend using cheese cream. However, you can always experiment. Whipped cream, lemon curd or cream will fit perfectly.

How to make
-
1. Prepare the ingredients.
-
2. First turn on the oven so that it heats up to 180 degrees. To prepare a biscuit, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until a fluffy mass.
-
-
3. In small portions, add the sifted flour.
-
4. Pour the dough into the mold and place in the oven.
-
5. At the same time, you can make the sauce. To do this, pour sugar into a saucepan or saucepan with a thick bottom and put on the fire.
-
-
6. Dissolve sugar. I keep it on the fire a little longer to get a more intense flavor. Put butter in the melted sugar.
-
7. Remove the caramel from the heat and pour in the cream. Mix everything thoroughly.
-
-
8. Thats it, the caramel sauce is ready.
-
9. Add about half of the cooled sauce to the cream cheese and beat well. This will be the cream of our cake.
-
10. Cool the baked biscuit in the form for 5 minutes, and then on the grill.
-
-
11. Carefully cut in half into two layers.
-
12. Apply the cream.
-
13. Cover with a second layer of biscuit.
-
14. Coat the second layer of biscuit with the remaining cream, and decorate the top with caramel sauce.
