How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Peel and wash onions and carrots. Finely chop and put in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Pour in a little sunflower oil and, stirring occasionally, saut for 7-8 minutes.

3. Wash the bulgur and put it in a saucepan with onions and carrots.

4. Add peeled and sliced mushrooms. Pour 300-350 ml. of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Boil the bulgur until it is almost cooked.

5. Wash the chicken liver, cut off the veins and fat. Cut into two parts. Put in a hot frying pan with a little sunflower oil.

6. Fry the liver over medium heat, stirring for 7-8 minutes. Should squint on the outside, but still remain green on the inside. Add a little salt.

7. 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking, put chicken liver in a saucepan. Stir in the bulgur and mushrooms.
