How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, add finely chopped onions. Cut off the heart films and excess fat, cut in half and put in a pan with onions.

3. Fry everything over high heat, stirring for 7-8 minutes. Salt, add curry, stir and fry for another 3 minutes over medium heat.

4. Add bulgur to the pan, mix everything.

5. Pour boiling water and stir, bring to a boil.

6. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes over low heat. Make sure that nothing sways.

7. Add sour cream, finely chopped parsley and mix. Simmer for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
