One of my favorite recipes for beliash with meat in a pan. Perfect for a large family: full and tasty what more? It will take some time and patience to make beliash, this dish is not fast. Of course, you can use already prepared dough and minced meat, but I prefer to do everything myself. To cook beliash with meat in a pan, you can also mix half the minced meat of pork and veal so that it is not so greasy.

How to make

1. Making dough. In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar, salt, pour warm milk and yeast, vegetable oil. Add flour. We knead the dough.

2. Let the dough rise in a dark place. For now, lets prepare the meat. Grind the meat.

3. Add salt, pepper and chopped onion to the mince.

4. Our dough has risen. Sprinkle with flour and knead well. The dough should not stick to your hands.

5. Divide the dough into parts, roll out circles.

6. We put the mince in the middle, press the edges - we leave a hole in the top.

7. Quite a few beliash come out.

8. We start baking beliash. Pour oil into a deep frying pan, first fry with the holes turned down.
