Basmati rice pilaf is quite simple to prepare and looks best on a plate. It holds its shape well and doesn't turn to mush like many other types of rice. Rice ,,Basmati,, Long form looks very aesthetically pleasing on a plate. Pilaf is usually made with lamb. But the meat can be replaced with beef, veal, pork and even chicken, choose according to your taste and capabilities.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making pilaf. -
2. Wash, dry and cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. -

3. Pour oil into the pan and heat it. Add the lamb and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring. -
4. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin, long strips. Add to the pan next to the meat. -
5. Peel and chop the onion. Add to the pan next to the meat with the carrots. -

6. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Add to the pan with the meat and vegetables. -
7. Season with salt, mix and cook over medium heat while stirring for 10 minutes. -

8. Wash the basmati rice in warm water until it is clean. Let the water drain. -
9. Add clean rice to the pan. -
10. Pour boiling water and level the surface. -

11. Wash the head of garlic and put it in the middle of the rice. -
12. Remove from heat, remove garlic and leave covered for 10 minutes.
