How nice it is to open a jar of compote prepared in the summer in winter and enjoy the taste of apricots and cherries. And this is very easy to do. Choose fruits and berries for compote dense, without dents and signs of spoilage. Sugar can be adjusted to your liking. Compote is well preserved at room temperature or in a dark, cool place.
