How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed for cooking.

2. Wash and dry the piece of pork. Then make cuts all over the piece.

3. Beat the meat well, add salt and pepper.

4. Coat the surface of the meat with mustard.

5. Sprinkle herbs on top of the mustard. We have a mix of parsley, dill and coriander.

6. Peel the garlic, coarsely grate it and sprinkle it over the meat.

7. Roll the prepared meat into a tight roll.

8. Tie the roll with culinary threads or special clamps.

9. Sprinkle the roll with grain mustard.

10. Place the roll in the baking sleeve and tie one end. Put the second one under the bottom and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

11. Pour white wine into the sleeve and tie the other side. We put it in a baking dish with a little water in the bottom.

12. Place the roll in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 70 minutes. Then remove and cut the sleeve from the top. Pour the resulting juice on the roll and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Remove the roll and cover with foil, leave to stand for 10 minutes. Then cut and serve.
