1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. We start with the dough. Mix kefir, egg, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

3. Add flour, baking powder. Start mixing with a fork, as soon as the dough comes together, add a tablespoon of butter and knead with your hands. The dough will stick to your hands while kneading, but will gradually come together into a ball.

4. Wrap the resulting dough in a bag and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. While the dough is in the refrigerator, prepare the filling. Cut the ham into thick strips. Bacon in small pieces.

6. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Pepper in thin strips. Onions in small pieces.

7. After the time has passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Roll out into a 3 mm thick layer, place on baking paper, then on a baking sheet. Pierce the base of the dough with a fork. Place the baking tray with the base in the oven, heated to 230 degrees, for 3-4 minutes.

8. After the specified time, remove the baking tray with the patty from the oven. Do not turn off the oven. Spread tomato sauce over the base. Grate 80 grams of cheese on top.

9. Place the ham, bacon on top of the cheese, sprinkle with herbs if you like.

10. Arrange the tomatoes and peppers. Grate the remaining cheese on top. Put in the oven, heated to 230 degrees, for 15 minutes, it depends on the capabilities of your oven.
