How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Cut the cabbage into cubes. Put in sterilized jars.

4. Clean the pepper from the stem and seeds. Coarsely chop, put on carrots.

5. Cut the onion into half rings. Put on top of the pepper.

8. Add garlic and pour boiling water over the vegetables to the top. Cover with a lid, leave for 20 minutes.

9. Drain the brine into a saucepan, add dill, pepper, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Pour vinegar and pour the brine into jars. Roll up, turn over and wrap in a blanket until cool.
