How to make

1. Make sure the milk is really warm. Dissolve the yeast in milk and beat in the egg, add sugar, salt, butter. Mix everything well and add flour. Knead a nice circle of smooth dough.

2. Brush the dough with a little oil, put it in a damp cloth and cover it with another towel. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

3. While the dough is "resting", prepare the pizza filling. Heat a pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Chop and add the onion and garlic to the pan. Then add the ground beef. Season with cumin, salt and ground pepper. Bake for about 5 minutes. Mix it up.

4. Cut the tomato into small cubes.

5. Mix the cooled minced meat, parsley, chopped mint and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients and set aside. Preheat oven to 400F.

6. The dough should double in size by now. Cut the dough into 2 parts. The recipe will give you 2 pizzas.

7. Make round balls and crush them into tortillas with your hands.

8. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a thin base.

9. Sprinkle the dough with a little starch. This will prevent the filling from wetting the dough. Spread 1/2 of the mince evenly.

10. Add half of the chopped tomato and grated cheese.

11. Fold in the shape of a boat.

12. Brush the beaten egg on the sides of the pizza and pour the rest over the filling.

13. I added mushrooms and chili peppers to the second one. Bake the pizza for 25 minutes until golden brown.
