How to make

1. First, of course, we have to peel off the tails and wash the tomatoes thoroughly.

2. We clean the seeds from the sweet pepper, wash it and cut it lengthwise into strips.

3. We also wash the greens and peel the garlic.

4. Pre-sterilize jars and lids.

5. When the sterilization is finished, put horseradish leaves, parsley and garlic in the jars (I have 2 jars of 1/2 liter).

6. Fill half of the jar with cherry tomatoes.

7. We put pepper cut into strips on the sides of the jar, and we put a few more sprigs of parsley on top of the tomatoes.

8. Put the tomatoes on top of the parsley again.

9. Pour boiling water into the jars and leave for 15 minutes, do not close. In the meantime, we will make the marinade. Pour water into a pot, add vinegar, salt and sugar, put it on the fire and bring it to a boil.

10. Carefully pour the water out of the jars and pour the prepared marinade over the tomatoes, then close the lids.
