How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash the neck, dry and cut into pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat over medium heat and fry the turkey necks on all sides until golden brown, transfer to a baking dish.

3. After frying the necks, add carrots and chopped onions grated on a coarse grater to the pan. Fry vegetables over medium heat, stirring for 5-7 minutes.

4. Pour tomato paste into the pan, stir and fry for another minute.
