Very tasty, crumbly tartlets with tender cream and juicy fruits will be a wonderful sweet festive dessert. They can be served with tea or coffee, and it is not at all difficult to prepare them. To fill tartaletes, you can use absolutely any fruit you like.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Pre-freeze the butter.

2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar, mix.

3. Grate the butter into flour and rub it quickly with your hands until a fine crumb forms.

4. Add yolk and sour cream to the flour crumbs. Quickly knead the soft dough, collect in a ball, put in a bag and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. Divide the dough into equal parts and distribute it into molds in a thin layer. Beat the bottom with a fork.

6. Put the tartlets in a hot oven and bake for 15 minutes until browned. Cool the prepared tartlets and carefully remove them.

7. Peel the tangerines and divide them into slices, remove the films, cut the mango pulp into cubes, peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Divide the fruit into tartlets.

8. Beat the cream with icing sugar into a fluffy mass. Put the cream in a bag with an asterisk and squeeze on the fruit. Garnish the tartlets with fruit and serve.
