How to make

1. Place the strawberries in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. If you want to get rid of the small seeds, rub the strawberries through a sieve. Otherwise, pour the resulting strawberry puree into a bowl.

3. Mix the ingredients together with a whisk. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the mixture is chilled.
