Trout can be stewed whole or in pieces. You can take absolutely any vegetables according to your taste. We stewed in a grill pan, you can also stew in a regular pan, but then the dish will be a little fattier, because you need a little more oil.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients needed for stewed trout with vegetables. -
2. Clean the trout, wash and dry with a paper towel. -

3. Heat a grill pan with vegetable oil. Cook the trout for one minute on each side, then remove. -
4. Peel the onions and cut them into slices. Place it in half of the pan in a single layer. -
5. Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Place on the other side of the pan. -

6. Fry the vegetables for 3 minutes, be sure to stir. -
7. Mix the vegetables and place the trout on top. -

8. Peel the zucchini, clean the seeds, cut into cubes and put in the pan. -
9. Cut the pepper, remove the seeds, cut into slices and place next to the fish. Pour in the wine, close the lid and simmer for 7 minutes over low heat. -
10. Cut the tomato into slices and add to the pan with the fish and other vegetables. -

11. Turn the fish over and simmer covered for another 7 minutes. Then transfer the fish to a plate, arrange the vegetables, herbs and serve.
