1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. We put the meat in a saucepan, add water, put the bay leaf and boil the broth for 50 minutes over low heat.

3. When the broth is ready, peel and wash the potatoes and dry. Cut the potatoes into medium pieces and put in the broth.

4. Then add millet to the broth. Boil potatoes and millet for 20 minutes over medium heat.

5. While the potatoes are boiling, peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Finely chop the chilli, and cut the bacon into cubes. Heat the pan and pour a little oil, add onions, carrots, bell pepper, bacon and fry for a few minutes.
