So rarely in our kitchen carrots pop up in dishes. I don't know what it's related to, because this vegetable is always affordable and tasty. Let's refine and make this unusual recipe. Firstly, this dish is easy to make, secondly, it is suitable for vegetarians, and thirdly with a memorable taste. The soup has a slightly sweet, sour and spicy taste. The perfect combination for lunch.

How to make

1. Peel potatoes and carrots and chop coarsely.

2. In a saucepan, boil about 1400 ml of water. Put chopped vegetables in it. Bring to a boil, then cook for 20 minutes until tender.

3. Meanwhile, cut the onion into cubes. While stirring, fry in oil for a few minutes. Then add the chopped garlic and all the herbs. Boil the ingredients for another couple of minutes.
