In order for meat to be soft and juicy, it is best to take tenderloin or necklace. If you do not like the onions to crunch, you can pre-fry them until tender.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse and dry the meat.

2. Peel the onions and cut into quarters and put in a bowl. Pour water, vinegar and leave for 15 minutes. Put the onion in a sieve and let the marinade drain completely.

3. Cut the pork into pieces and knock it out. Salt the meat and pepper it.

4. Mix onions with mayonnaise and spread on pieces of pork.

5. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top of the onion. Transfer the meat to a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and place in a hot oven. Cook the meat at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-25 minutes until cooked and becomes golden brown.
