Medallions wrapped in bacon are a fairly simple dish that any hostess can cope with. It can be served on the festive table or for family lunch and dinner. The meat without any effort gets soft and juicy. Pork tenderloin is the only part of the meat that is cooked quickly and easily. Medallions are prepared exclusively from the loin and, to prevent it from drying out, are wrapped in the side. If possible, be sure to fry the sides of the medallions as well.
