No one will ever refuse to taste a golden, fragrant soup plate with dumplings and pieces of vegetables. Do not deny yourself pleasure and you! Meatballs are a popular dish in many countries. Meatballs are especially loved in Sweden, because there they are a traditional national dish and are called "butchers". Soup cooked with dumplings firmly took its place on our table.

How to make

1. Add a little salt and black pepper to the mince, mix well and form small balls. So that the filling does not stick to your hands, soak your fingers in warm water.

2. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, salt and put the dumplings. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Do not forget to skim the foam so that the broth is transparent.

3. Peel the onion and chop finely.

4. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil and add the onion. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.

5. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the potatoes into medium cubes.

6. Put carrots and potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, spices and bay leaf and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.

7. After that, put the fried onions, vermicelli and greens in a saucepan. Remove the soup from the heat.
